1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States.
If you're outside the U.S. and want to place an order, please contact us at https://www.positivitsportsandapparel.com/contact to see if we can accommodate you.

2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received.

You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another once it’s shipped, including tracking info.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to check your order status at any time.

4. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order is delayed or marked as delivered but you haven’t received it:

  • Double-check the shipping address on your order.

  • Check with neighbors or building managers.

  • Contact the carrier with your tracking number.
