Returns & Refunds

At Positivi-T Sports & Apparel, we want you to love what you wear! If something doesn’t work out, we’re here to help—within reason. Please read our policy below before making a return.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return most unworn, unwashed, and non-customized items within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be in new condition

  • Tags must be attached

  • Item must be in original packaging

2. Items That Cannot Be Returned

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Worn or washed items

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Gift cards

3. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at https://www.positivitsportsandapparel.com/contact with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll provide a return authorization and instructions.

  3. Ship the item back using a trackable method.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange eligible items for a different size or color, subject to availability. Please indicate your exchange preference when initiating the return.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you received an item that is damaged or defective, please email us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue. We’ll make it right!
